This was our second time renting from Al Ghadeer. While our first experience was smooth, the second was disappointing due to poor communication and customer service. Despite returning the vehicle on time, we were almost charged for an extra day simply because the shop was closed at the scheduled return time.

Staff mentioned that since they were already closed, we would have to return the vehicle the next day. Imagine that—we were already inside their shop, came before the scheduled return time, yet she still suggested returning it the next day with an additional fee just because they had closed. Fortunately, I insisted but the situation was completely unnecessary.

When I questioned why they scheduled the return for a time when they would be closed, I was told, "You should have informed us." But what exactly did they expect us to inform them about? Shouldn’t it be their responsibility—or at least their customer service’s—to check with customers about extensions or confirm the return? They should have been expecting us. And we arrived before the scheduled return time, so this wouldn’t have been an issue if they had simply followed through properly.

PS: The staff who handed over the car at pickup was very polite and accommodating.

Thank you for submitting these comments.Dear customer, if you review the contract you signed, you will find that the specified time for returning the vehicle should be the same as the delivery time.A day is 24 hours, but unfortunately, some customers believe it should be 30 hours.You returned the vehicle six hours after the delivery time and refuse to apply the additional fees.I hope you will be fair in ensuring your rights and protecting the rights of others.
